When will my order ship?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days with tracked shipping. We currently ship within the United States. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, but we work hard to meet them.
My tracking has not updated in a few days
Carriers sometimes go a day or two between scans while a package moves between hubs. This is normal. If your tracking has not moved for several days, email us at hello@maplena.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
I can't find my tracking number
