Agreement

This website (the "Site") is operated by Maplena, a brand of Borean Group LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use the Site.

Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Site.

Products and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display our products and their prices accurately, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time, including after an order has been placed if the error affects that order. In that case we will contact you before proceeding. Product availability may change without notice.

Orders and payment

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where we suspect fraud or where a pricing error occurred. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund you in full. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment providers; we never see or store your full card details.

Shipping

Shipping timelines and details are described in our Shipping Policy, available on the Site. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, though we work hard to meet them.

Returns and refunds

Our return, refund, and exchange terms (full refund within 30 days of delivery, free exchange or replacement up to 90 days) are described in our Refund Policy, available on the Site.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our or any third party's intellectual property rights, to transmit malicious code, or to interfere with the security or proper working of the Site.
