Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Delivery time

Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 6 to 10 business days in the United States and 7 to 12 business days in Canada, with tracked shipping. Delivery windows can shift slightly around holidays. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, but we work hard to meet them.

Shipping costs

Any shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package to your door.

Address changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email hello@maplena.com as soon as possible. We can update the address any time before the order has shipped.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your tracking has not updated for several days, your package appears lost, or it arrives damaged, contact us at hello@maplena.com. We will work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
